There seems to be a major misconception amongst a majority of home sellers, believing, the bigger the agency the more effective the sales team. Let me assure you from my own extensive, personal experience nothing could be further from the truth. When I think of a big sales team, the old adage, "too many cooks, spoil the broth", rings very true.

I am proud to say that apart from myself I only have two other sales staff. Not that there is ever a shortage of hopeful sales people wishing to join our dynamic organization. I simply don't subscribe to having arms and legs just for the sake it.

I would sooner see my company's financial resources being expended on far more important objectives such as the professional marketing of your home.

It is truly humbling when you consider the productivity of our three sales people is the equivalent to an office that has seven sales people! For those skeptics who doubt this fact, I invite you to contact me anytime and examine our sales figures for yourselves!

Naturally we have the support staff in the form of administration, in house graphic designer, professional photographer, web designer and most important, systems of operation that have resulted in our company's substantial accelerated growth, never before seen in this industry.

I have no aversions to erecting signs and after many successful years in the industry still find putting up a "SOLD" sticker on a "For Sale" sign the mosting exciting and rewarding aspect of my work.
